In 1822, BOVET was founded in three places – Fleurier, Switzerland; London, England; and Guangzhou, China — so three time zone watches are important to the House. Not only does this timepiece commemorate the voyage of Edouard Bovet, the founder of BOVET 1822, back in the early 1800s, but it also makes it easy to stay on time where home is, where your clients are and wherever you find yourself in the world.
The Récital 27 shows three time zones at once, including day/night indicators, with a three- dimensional precision moon phase at 6 o’clock. The exhibition back of the trademarked Writing Slope case highlights the impeccable finishing on the in-house movement, as well as the 7-day power reserve indicator, while on the front Super-LumiNova illuminates the six hands, the day/ night indicators, and the lunar surface of the moon phase.
The Récital 27 has 512 components and takes approximately 10 hours for a skilled BOVET watchmaker to assemble from start to finish.
