The BOVET 1822 Boutique in the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands (MBS), Singapore, opened in January of 2021, has received the highest marks in the Shoppes’ annual Mystery Shopping event in the watch and jewelry category.

BOVET 1822 achieved an overall average of 94%, performing 19% above the overall MBS average. The top performing Core Service Items by the BOVET boutique were Arrival Greetings, Understanding Needs, Closing & Farewell, and Environment, all with a perfect score of 100/100.
This annual assessment sends random mystery shoppers into all the boutiques in the Shoppes, and they grade each one for welcoming, appearance, presentation, environment and much more.

“Would definitely return, as the staff was warm and welcoming. The sales associate offered the shopper a drink and was also very nice at showing all the features of the watch. Will definitely recommend to friends and family, as the watches were very attractive and well made. Each one could be worn in many ways.”
