BOVET 1822 Wins Big at the Middle East Watch and Jewellery of the Year Awards.

On November 28, 2022 in Dubai, U.A.E., BOVET 1822 won two prizes at the prestigious Middle East Watch and Jewellery of the Year Awards.

At the Gala award dinner, BOVET 1822 won "Independent Brand of the Year." To receive this award in this, our 200th year of existence, is truly special. BOVET 1822 is a singularity in the watch world, producing nearly everything in-house, including the hairspring and regulating organ, with the human touch throughout. Even after 200 years, we are just getting started.

In addition, the Virtuoso V received the "Best Classical Watch" prize. Presenting two traditional high complications, the Jumping Hour with Retrograde Minutes, in a modern way -- in a titanium Amadeo convertible case and with a stunning salmon lacquer dial -- truly represents the heart and soul of BOVET 1822.

“The Middle East is one of my favorite places in the entire world and to be honored here is very special for me,” Pascal Raffy, owner of BOVET 1822 said. “I love this region, there is so much warmth and knowledge, and we will continue to imagine and engineer outstanding timepieces to surprise and delight our dear Middle East Collectors. Thank you.”

These awards join the more than 40 other awards received by the House of BOVET since 2001, the year that Mr. Raffy took over the House.

Thanks very much to the organizers of the Middle East Watch and Jewellery of the Year Awards.
