Owner Pascal Raffy wanted to make a new compact perpetual calendar and include a romantic hemispherical moonphase, something that BOVET has never done in a stand-alone perpetual calendar.
I have always been fascinated and in love perpetual calendars, it’s one of the most beautiful complications existing in watchmaking history. To measure the time all year long.
I always wanted to develop, tune, engineer, a 100% in house movement with a hemispherical moon phase and the call out for all the indications, and this is the idea for everyday use.

At the heart of the timepiece lies a new in‑house movement featuring a perpetual calendar, a spherical precision moonphase, hand‑engraved fi nishing, and the artisanal decoration for which BOVET is known.
No more guessing and adjusting the wrong indication, the corrector pushers for the perpetual calendar and the moon phase are clearly labeled and engraved on the case itself. In doing so, the Maison delivers a more intuitive experience without compromising the sophistication of the movement.
